How do I add a free trial to my service?

You set a free trial per billing period, in the plan editor.

1. Open the service and go to the Pricing tab.
2. Open the period you want to edit on the plan.
3. Turn on Free trial.
4. Enter a Trial length and pick a Trial unit (day, week, month, or year).
5. Save the plan.

The trial covers the entire selected period bundle, including all related add-ons. Customers are not charged for any included item until the trial ends, and regular billing starts afterwards.
