What happens when a subscription expires?

If a subscription is not renewed, it enters an Expired status. The customer has 7 days to renew it. After 7 days, the subscription moves to Ended and can no longer be renewed.

This 7-day window applies to renewable subscriptions and one-time services. A recurring subscription that is set not to renew moves straight to Ended when its period is over.
