Why can't I see my new service in the marketplace?

There is no central marketplace directory — customers reach your services through your storefront link or an embedded widget. If a service isn't showing up there, check the following:

• Make sure the service is published. Click Services, open the service, and check that Status is Active on the Storefront settings tab.
• Check if your provider account has been suspended due to an overdue payment.
