Can I change the price of an existing plan?

Yes. When you create a service, choose Billing Type: One-Time in the creation wizard. For an existing service, go to Settings → Manage services, open your service, and use the Pricing editor to add a One-time service instead of a recurring subscription.
Duplicating a service is not currently supported. You need to create each service manually.
Yes. When setting up pricing, select the Free Service option. This allows customers to subscribe at no cost.
Yes. You can offer daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly billing options for the same service. Customers choose the billing period that suits them best. You can configure billing periods in the Pricing editor of each service.
Yes. You can turn off your storefront without deleting the service. Go to Settings → Manage services, open your service, and in the Settings tab turn off Customer storefront under Service access (you can also use the Storefront active — Change control in the service header). Existing subscribers are not affected.

What can be exported directly
Go to Settings → Manage services and open the service you want to delete. In the service's Settings tab, scroll to the Danger zone and click Delete service.
Komashi does not currently support free trials. If you want to offer a service at no cost, you can use the Free Service option in the pricing settings.
To start selling, complete these three steps in the Control Center.

Open a service from Settings → Manage services to enter its editor. The editor has four tabs — Pricing, Layout, Storefront, and Settings — with a breadcrumb back to Manage services on the left and two controls on the right:
When the renewal is due, Komashi attempts to charge the saved payment method. If the card is expired or unusable, the charge fails and renewal does not happen. The subscription moves to an Expired status and the customer receives a notification about the failed payment.
Active subscriptions are not immediately terminated. They are marked as canceled and will not renew, but remain active until the end of the current billing period. The plan is archived and hidden from new customers.
Existing subscribers are not affected immediately. The new price applies from their next billing cycle.
A subscription charges the customer on a recurring basis — daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly — until they cancel.
A service is the product you offer — for example, "Gym Membership" or "Online Course".
Canceling stops future renewals but keeps the subscription active until the end of the current billing period. The customer retains access until then.
Net price is the price before VAT is added.
Monthly billing charges the customer every month. It offers more flexibility for customers who want a shorter commitment.
There is no central marketplace directory — customers reach your services through your storefront link or an embedded widget. If a service isn't showing up there, check the following:
Automatic renewal must be enabled in your service settings. Check Settings → Provider Rules and make sure the subscription renewal option is configured correctly.
