What fees does Komashi charge?
Komashi uses a performance-based pricing model. Your 10 highest-value invoices per month are free. For the invoices below those, fees are calculated based on your annual revenue:

Fees apply only to invoices your customers have actually paid. Unpaid and failed invoices carry no fee.
There are no setup fees, no monthly subscription fees, no reactivation fee, and no hidden charges.

Komashi is not involved in the money flow. Your Komashi fee is a software platform fee, invoiced to you separately — it is never deducted from your customers' payments. Payment provider fees are separate and charged by the payment provider under its own terms.
The $1 card validation
When you register a payment method with Komashi so your fees can be charged automatically, a temporary $1 validation may be applied to that card to confirm it is valid. It is released automatically.
This happens between you and Komashi only. Komashi never applies a validation to your customers' cards.
