Why is my logo not displaying correctly?

Check that your logo meets the recommended size requirements. An incorrectly sized image may appear stretched or cropped.

You can upload a new logo or generate one using the AI logo tool in Settings → Basic.

Your logo is served from a public image URL, so the same file is used on your storefront, in the widgets, and in the notification emails Komashi sends to your customers. If you have just replaced it, clear your browser cache and reload — emails that were already sent keep the image they were generated with.
