Can I run multiple brands under one account?

Yes. Each brand or business is a separate provider. From the provider switcher in the top-left of the Control Center, choose Create new provider to add another one. See Create your provider. Each provider has its own services, customers, billing details, and subdomain, and you can switch between them from the same account.
