Is customer payment data stored on Komashi?

No. Komashi does not collect, hold, or process card numbers or payment credentials. Your customers' payment data is held and processed by your payment provider, under its own terms and privacy policy.

Komashi receives only limited payment-related metadata reported to it after a payment has happened — for example whether an invoice is paid or unpaid — which is what the fee calculation is based on.

Komashi is not involved in the money flow and takes no part in the authorization, clearing, or settlement of any customer payment.
