Yes. A customer can subscribe to multiple services at the same time.

You cannot apply a discount directly to a customer. Instead, create a coupon with a usage limit of 1 and share it privately with that customer.

1. Go to Subscriptions in the left sidebar.

Customers cannot be added manually. They are automatically created when they subscribe to one of your services.

If a subscription is not renewed, it enters an Expired status. The customer has 7 days to renew it. After 7 days, the subscription moves to Ended and can no longer be renewed.
