NAV Online Számla and recurring invoices: a workflow checklist
Map which system issues your recurring invoice, how invoice data reaches the NAV Online Számla system and who handles corrections or rejected submissions. Verify each step with your invoicing provider. Komashi has no NAV reporting integration of its own; it sends invoice requests to the provider you connect, and this guide does not state what any provider reports.

Map who records what
Write down who agrees the recurring service, who keeps the customer details, which system issues each invoice and who handles amendments. Include the people as well as the software.
Give each system one role
Separate subscription management, payment processing, invoicing and NAV reporting. Confirm which records move automatically and which need a person to review them.
Confirm the NAV path with your provider
Ask your invoicing provider how invoice data reaches NAV Online Számla, and what happens when a submission is rejected. Check the rules for your company against NAV’s current materials.
Test one full cycle
Walk one customer through a normal billing cycle and one correction. Check that the invoice record and the internal status stay understandable at each step.
Who does what

|---|---|
| Komashi | Keeps the subscription schedule, sends each charge through the connected payment provider and requests the invoice from the configured invoicing provider. |
| Payment provider | Processes each charge and returns the result. |
| Billingo or Számlázz.hu | Issues the invoice document and handles NAV reporting as its own service describes it. |
| Your accountant | Decides the reporting and correction treatment for the company. |
| Your team | Reviews rejected submissions and failed records, and names an owner for each. |
A normal invoice and a correction

NAV material describes the official system. Check current instructions and the rules that apply to your transaction.
How Komashi fits
Komashi coordinates the subscription workflow with the invoicing provider you connect, Billingo or Számlázz.hu. Ask that provider how it handles NAV data reporting; this guide does not state what any provider reports.
