One place to sell and run recurring services.
Build service packages, sell them through your storefront and manage subscriptions, customers and billing workflows from the same platform.
A complete workflow, not just a billing engine.
Each step below links to the page that explains it in detail.
-
Create a service
Describe what is included, set billing periods, and add one-time charges or optional add-ons. Komashi AI can draft the first version.
-
Sell via storefront and checkout
Publish your packages on a branded storefront. Customers choose an offer and pay through the provider you connected.
-
Manage subscriptions and customers
Renewals, plan changes and cancellations stay on one subscription record. Usage limits and add-ons are tracked where your service needs them.
-
Connect payments, tax and invoicing
Use supported payment providers and invoicing providers, and apply the tax treatments you configure to each order.
-
Work with AI and MCP
Start a service with Komashi AI in the app, or connect compatible AI tools to supported Komashi operations within your account permissions.
Frequently asked questions
Which parts of the workflow does Komashi handle?
Packages, the storefront, checkout, subscription records, renewals and plan changes, invoicing through your provider, and customer management. Payment collection runs through the provider you connect.
Do I need a separate billing system?
No. Subscriptions, orders and their payments are kept in Komashi. You still need an account with each payment or invoicing provider you use.
Is Komashi tied to one payment provider?
No. Stripe, Barion, Mollie and PayPal are supported for online payments. Bank transfer and cash can also be enabled, and they count as paid only after an admin approves them.
Can I use Komashi without AI or MCP?
Yes. Packages, the storefront, checkout and subscription management are all set up in the web app. AI and MCP are optional ways to start a service or work with your existing data.
