Make ongoing client work easier to sell.
Offer a clear monthly retainer, define what it includes and keep recurring billing connected to each client.
Ongoing work gets quoted again every month.
The same retainer is discussed again, extras are added by hand, and the invoice drifts from what was agreed.
One monthly package, with extras on their own line.
Care Plus is billed at $190 per month. Extra pages appear as their own line, so the client sees the base package and the extra work separately.

Pick the package that matches the monthly scope.
Each package states what the client receives in a billing period. Optional work is kept as an extra, so the base price stays easy to read.
- Name each package by the work it covers each month.
- Keep optional work as an extra, so the package price does not change.
- Set a price per billing period for every package.
Monthly billing, with one-time charges kept apart.
The retainer renews on its billing period. A setup charge is billed once and does not return at renewal.
- The package is billed monthly or yearly, and the period is shown on the subscription.
- A one-time onboarding charge is billed once and not repeated at renewal.
- An upgrade applies at once with a prorated charge. A downgrade waits for the renewal date.
What the billing covers, and what it does not.
Komashi handles the billing and the subscription. The client work itself stays with your team.
- A customer changes plan from the management link only when the service allows self-service, the subscription is active, it is not on a trial and no upgrade is pending.
- A new recurring change replaces any earlier change that has not taken effect yet.
- Card payments need a connected provider such as Stripe, Barion, Mollie or PayPal. Bank transfer and cash count as paid only after admin approval.
Komashi bills the retainer and keeps its subscription in one place. Account management, contracts, project execution and service delivery stay with your team.
