Your payment providers. Your invoicing tools. One workflow.

Let customers pay through a supported payment provider, then pass eligible order and tax details to your configured invoicing service. Komashi keeps the order and subscription connected.

Collect payments with the provider you choose

Stripe, Barion, Mollie and PayPal process the customer payment under your own account with them. Komashi records the outcome against the order and subscription and does not hold or settle the funds.

Issue invoices through the service you connect

When you connect Billingo or Számlázz.hu, they issue the invoice from the order and tax details Komashi sends them. Komashi does not issue invoices itself.

One place to follow the outcome.

Track relevant order, payment and invoice states without losing the customer context.

Frequently asked questions

Which payment providers can I connect?

Komashi supports Stripe, Barion, Mollie and PayPal. Bank transfer and cash can also be recorded as manual payments. Available methods depend on the provider and the integration you configure.

Which invoicing providers are supported?

Komashi supports Billingo and Számlázz.hu when configured. Consult the provider for details of its invoice behaviour.

Does Komashi process payments or issue invoices itself?

No. Komashi is not your payment processor. Customer payments go through the payment provider you connect, and invoices are issued through your invoicing provider.

When is an invoice created?

When an order has an amount to pay and an invoicing provider is configured, Komashi sends the order and its tax data to that provider. Orders with nothing to pay now, such as free plans, trials, full discounts and zero-charge plan changes, skip invoicing. If the provider cannot map a tax case, the invoice is not issued automatically and the error is kept on the order for review.

Can customers pay by bank transfer?

Yes, if you enable it. The order is marked paid only after an admin approves the transfer reference.
