Manage Services

Create and manage the services you sell. Open Settings → Manage services in the Control Center.

Service list

The list shows every service with its status, short description, and number of subscribers. Services available to operators also show an Operators enabled label. Use the eye icon to preview the service page and the copy icon to copy its link.

Create a new service

Click New service to open the wizard. It has five screens; nothing is created until you click Generate Service on the last one. Every screen after the first has a Back button.

1. Create New Service

Describe the service — AI builds it from your description.

• Service Name — for example Email Marketing Automation.
• Service Description — include key features, audience, and benefits. Maximum 500 characters. This is the text the generator works from, so the more concrete it is, the more usable the result.
• Service Language — the language the description is written in.

2. Choose Billing Type

How customers will be billed for this service.

• Recurring — billed on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly). Best for subscription-style services.
• One-Time — charged once for a fixed period. Best for fixed-term services such as 30-day access or a 90-day plan. It is not an open-ended one-off purchase.

3. Subscription Limit

Whether a customer can subscribe to this service more than once.

• Multiple Subscriptions / Customer — a customer can buy seats or subscriptions for several people.
• Single Subscription / Customer — one personal membership; the customer can hold only one at a time.

4. What are you selling?

The VAT category for this service. It is required, and you can change it later in the service's Settings → VAT tab. Two options are shown; click Show more for all six:

Category	What it covers
Digital	Automated online services with no human involvement — SaaS, streaming, e-books, downloads, hosting, pre-recorded courses.
General service	Human work or expertise, even when delivered online — consulting, accounting, legal, marketing, translation, custom programming, live lessons.
Goods — leave the country	Physical goods shipped out of the seller's country.
Goods — stay in the country	A local physical-goods sale; the seller's VAT applies.
On-site at seller	Location-bound service performed in the seller's country — restaurant, event admission, real-estate work, installation, accommodation.
On-site at buyer	Location-bound service performed in the customer's country.

5. Summary

Review the service name, description, language, billing type, subscription limit, and VAT type. Click Generate Service.

Generation

Generation runs in seven steps with a progress bar (Packages & Addons is step 2). It takes roughly 10–20 seconds.

When it finishes you get a Service created confirmation — "Service created with a default package structure. You can adjust the packages in the editor." — with Open service and Close.

What the generator produces

You get a working draft instead of an empty page:

• A plan structure — typically two plans (for example Basic … and Premium …) with month and year period toggles.
• A storefront page — hero banner with your service name and description, a generated hero image, a call-to-action, and a Type Comparison section, styled with your brand color from Basic Settings.
• The VAT category you chose, applied to the service.

The generated service is live immediately

Generation turns the service's Storefront on. Its public URL works and customers can purchase it right away — with the generator's placeholder prices. If you are not ready to sell, open the service and switch Storefront → Active off before you do anything else.

What you must fix before selling

• The prices. The generator does not recommend prices. It fills every plan with the same placeholder amount — a net price of 100 in your catalog currency, shown gross on the canvas (for example 127 HUF at 27% VAT) on every plan. Set your real prices in the Pricing editor.
• The plan names and descriptions. They are generic boilerplate ("Entry-level package for small teams", "Advanced package for growing businesses"). Rewrite them for what you actually sell.
• The plan features. No features are generated — each plan starts with an empty Add feature list.
• The storefront copy. The hero keeps your description, but the feature strip is generic ("Secure & reliable", "Fast setup in minutes", "Real-time analytics").
• Add-ons and one-time items. The Recurring Add-on Services and One-time services sections are created empty.

Language

The generator writes in the Language set in Basic Settings, and the Service Language you pick in step 1 tells it which language your description is written in. Set both before generating.
