Why did my Level 2 commission disappear?

Level 2 commission is zeroed out for a provider after the 3-year commission period ends. It also only appears when there is actual calculated commission from the second-level referral chain and payments.

If the referred provider is within the free invoice tier, no commission is generated and nothing appears in your dashboard.
