When will I receive my first partner payout?

Commission is credited to your partner account once a referred provider has actually paid its Komashi fees above the free tier. Komashi collects the fee first, then pays you.

Payouts are not automatic — you request them. Go to the Payouts section of the Partner Program area.

Payouts are made on the 20th of each month. Request on or before the 20th and it is due that month; request after the 20th and it moves to the 20th of the following month. Your balance must be at least USD 20, and payouts are made in USD.
