Business Overview
Komashi Platform Overview
Komashi is designed to serve small and medium-sized businesses around 300.000USD in annual revenue.
Getting Started
- Businesses can start using Komashi for free
- There are no upfront fees
- Costs are only incurred after invoices are issued
Pricing Model for Businesses
Komashi uses a performance-based pricing structure:
- Every month, the 10 largest invoices by gross value are free
- Fees apply only to invoices the customer has actually paid — unpaid and failed invoices carry no fee
- The fee is invoiced by Komashi to the provider separately; it is never deducted from customer payments
Fee Structure
| Annual revenue (USD) | Standard | Loyalty (after 3 years) |
|---|---|---|
| $0 – $150,000 | 5.50% | 2.50% |
| $150,000 – $300,000 | 4.50% | 2.25% |
| $300,000 – $1,500,000 | 3.60% | 1.80% |
| $1,500,000 – $3,000,000 | 3.05% | 1.50% |
| Above $3,000,000 | 2.60% | 1.30% |
After 3 years of continuous active use, the loyalty rates apply automatically — roughly half the standard rate.
This model ensures low entry barriers while scaling fairly with business growth.
Partner Program Overview
The Partner Program rewards partners for bringing new businesses onto the platform.
Partner Rewards
- If you refer one company with 300.000 USD annual revenue:
- You receive commission on that company’s activity for 3 years from the date its account is activated
- After the 3-year period:
- The commission for that referred company becomes 0
- Your commission comes out of Komashi's own revenue — the referred company never pays extra for having used your code
Important Partner Considerations
- The Partner Program is not lifetime-based
- To maintain a steady income, partners must ensure a continuous flow of new referrals
- Long-term partner success depends on ongoing acquisition, not single large deals
Summary
- Komashi is free to start, pay-as-you-grow
- SMEs benefit from predictable, revenue-based pricing
- Partners earn meaningful commissions for a limited time
- Sustainable earnings require continuous partner activity
This structure aligns incentives between Komashi, businesses, and partners while keeping the ecosystem fair and scalable.
