Can I refer providers in any country?

Yes. The Partner Program has no country-based restrictions — you can refer providers from anywhere.

Two things to keep in mind:

• Your marketing must comply with the law of every country you target, including advertising, anti-spam, and data protection rules.
• Komashi can decline to accept any referred provider — for legal, risk, or acceptable-use reasons.
