Verify your account so Komashi can send you payouts. This is the second step in the Required steps.
Two things must be set up before you can accept payments.
A chargeback or payment dispute is handled between you, your customer, and your payment provider, under your agreement with that payment provider. Open the case in your payment provider's dashboard.
When the renewal is due, Komashi attempts to charge the saved payment method. If the card is expired or unusable, the charge fails and renewal does not happen. The subscription moves to an Expired status and the customer receives a notification about the failed payment.
The behavior depends on the payment method used.
Without a payment provider, customers cannot pay for your services. You can create services and set up your account, but payments will not be processed until a payment provider is connected.
A payment provider handles the actual money transfer from the customer to you — for example, a card processor or bank transfer system.
The full list of available payment providers is visible inside the platform.
